CITS Interpreting State Exam

The The Caspian Higher School of Interpreting and Translation held a interpreting state exam on June 4 and 5. Master’s students of the school performed consecutive and simultaneous interpreting in the language combinations English and Russian, Russian and English.

The members of the examination board represented by the employees of CITS, regional companies such as Lukoil-Nizhnevolzhskneft, Lukoil-Energoseti, SEZ Lotos took the exam. Thanks to the leadership and assistance of the CITS professors, the students demonstrated a high level of competence.

This exam was a challenge for future interpreters, and its successful completion confirmed the readiness of master’s students for their future professional occupation.
