Forum “Caspian Sea Region in the 21st Century: Ways of Sustainable Development” Ended at ASU
About 100 delegates from Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan and Russia took part in a 2-day discussion of strategic issues of the Caspian region.
The event was attended by representatives of diplomatic missions, federal and regional agencies, and scientific community of the Caspian states.
The forum participants were to discuss urgent issues of politics, economy and ecology of the Caspian macroregion, as well as top-priority areas for the development of scientific and research projects.
Staff members and MA students of the Caspian Higher School of Interpreting and Translation provided linguistic support at the forum and ensured successful communication between representatives of the Caspian states.
