Results of the Terminology Projects by MA Students of the Caspian Higher School of Interpreting and Translation Are Published in WIPO Pearl!

Thus, our 2nd-year MA students, who are to take Master’s degree in Linguistics in less than a month, made a strong contribution to the development of WIPO Pearl, which was also commended by Geoffrey Westgate, the Head of the Support Section of PCT Translation Service of the World Intellectual Property Organization, during the final exam in interpretation and terminology at our School. The expert thanked our students for their cooperation with WIPO and assistance in the development of WIPO Pearl. Moreover, together with the trainers of the Caspian Higher School of Interpreting and Translation, Mr. Westgate held an interview where our MA students presented the project results, analyzed their mistakes and suggested possible practical solutions to the problems encountered which can be of great use for their successors – the 1st-year MA students who are now working on their terminology projects.
