Caspian Higher School of Interpreting and Translation Visited by Partners from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan

From 19 to 23 March, Adilkhan Tazhikhanov, Advisor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, visited the Caspian Higher School of Interpreting and Translation.
The visit included a discussion on future cooperation in training top-quality interpreters and translators for the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The guest also attended MA student’s lessons, learned about the School activities in general and held several meetings with Olga Egorova, the Director of the Caspian Higher School of Interpreting and Translation, and other trainers of the School.
The Caspian Higher School of Interpreting and Translation is a partner of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, the leading university of Kazakhstan located in Astana, and a well-established school of training professionals in the field of translation and interpreting, including linguists with a knowledge of the Kazakh language.
Diplomatic missions and the MFA of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been cooperating with the Caspian Higher School of Interpreting and Translation since 2012; we are highly interested in the development of this cooperation, and visits of such representatives of Kazakhstan as Advisor Adilkhan Tazhikhanov are of high value in this regard.
